SushiSamba Dubai merges Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian aesthetics into a singular immersive dining experience. Awarded Restaurant of the Year 2023, the design features hand-crafted timber screens, dramatic suspended lighting, and a material palette that shifts between warm intimacy and theatrical grandeur. Every zone — from the sushi counter to the private dining rooms — tells a distinct cultural story while maintaining cohesive spatial flow.
